Digital Products (Practice Papers & Notes)

• License to Use: Upon purchase, ReviseMathly grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use our materials (Practice Papers, Notes, Worksheets) for personal, non-commercial educational use only.

• Restrictions: You may not share, redistribute, resell, or upload these materials to any shared drive, public website, or "study help" platform (e.g., CourseHero, Quizlet).

• Institutional Use: One purchase covers one student/household. Schools or tutoring centers wishing to use these materials for multiple students must contact us for a Commercial/School License.

• Intellectual Property: All content, including mathematical problems, diagrams, and story-based mysteries, is the property of ReviseMathly. Removal of watermarks or branding is strictly prohibited.

Payment and Refund Policy

• No Refunds for Digital Goods: Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales of practice papers and digital notes are final. Once the download link is provided or the file is accessed, no refunds or exchanges will be issued.

• Payment Security: We use secure third-party payment processors. ReviseMathly does not store your credit card information.

• Currency: Prices are listed in Euro (€) unless otherwise specified.

Tutoring Services

• Scheduling: Sessions must be booked and paid for in advance through our official booking system.

• Cancellation & Rescheduling:

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a session may be rescheduled or fully refunded.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session are non-refundable.

• Late Arrivals: If a student is late, the session will still end at the scheduled time to respect the tutor’s schedule.

• Technical Requirements: The student is responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and necessary software (e.g., Zoom/Google Meet). No refunds are provided for technical issues on the student's side.

Educational Disclaimer

• No Guarantee of Results: While our materials and tutoring are designed to improve performance, ReviseMathly makes no guarantee of specific exam results, grades, or university admissions. Mathematical success depends on the student’s effort and external variables beyond our control.

• Accuracy: We strive for 100% accuracy in our marking schemes. If you find a mathematical error, please report it to us. However, we are not liable for any academic loss resulting from errors in our materials.
