Refunds & cancellation policy

At ReviseMathly, we strive to provide high-quality mathematical resources and expert tutoring. Because our products are digital and our tutoring sessions are time-based, we have established the following policy:

Digital Products (Practice Papers, Notes, and Worksheets)

• All Sales are Final: Due to the nature of digital content, once a PDF or digital resource has been purchased and the download link has been provided or accessed, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

• Technical Issues: If you experience a technical problem (e.g., a corrupted file or a link that doesn't work), please contact us at admin-support@revisemathly.com within 7 days of purchase. We will ensure you receive a working copy of the material you purchased.

• Customer Responsibility and Duplicate Purchases: It is the sole responsibility of the customer to manage their own purchase history. ReviseMathly is not liable for, and will not provide refunds for, duplicate purchases of the same digital product made in separate transactions (e.g., purchasing the same practice paper twice over several months). We encourage users to check their previous orders and download folders before completing a purchase.

Online Tutoring Services

• Cancellations & Rescheduling: We value your time and ours. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

  • Sessions canceled with more than 24 hours' notice will be fully refunded or rescheduled at no extra cost.

  • Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable, as that time slot was reserved exclusively for you.

• No-Shows: If a student does not join the scheduled session within the first 30 minutes, the session will be considered a "No-Show" and the fee will be forfeited.

• Tutor Cancellation: If ReviseMathly needs to cancel a session due to an emergency, we will offer you the choice of a full refund or a priority rescheduling of the session.

Subscription Services

• If you have signed up for a recurring subscription, you may cancel at any time through your account dashboard. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be made. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused portions of a subscription month.
